Day 1: Muscat International Airport – Batinah Region – Nakhal Fort Hotel In Muscat

Arrive at the Muscat International Airport. Optional Arrival VIP meet & Greet Service (Rate not included in the main rate – Rates are mentioned separately) You will be warmly welcomed by a representative of the Miracle Oman who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Depart for the Batinah region, one of the most fertile coastal areas in the country. Visit the traditional fish market of Barka, where you will discover a wide variety of fish: tuna, shrimp, kingfish (trevally, white croakers, yellowtail amberjack, etc.). Head to Nakhl, a village surrounded by palm groves, famous for its 16th-century fort and hot springs. The fort, restored in the 17th century, offers a breathtaking view of the Hajar Mountains. Visit Bait Al Ghasham, a traditional Omani house-museum, providing insight into Omani lifestyle and architecture over the centuries. You will also enjoy a traditional lunch here (Included). Continue the tour with a visit to the Ain Thawara hot springs, nestled among date farms at the foot of the Hajar Mountains. Return to Muscat and check into your rooms.


Day 2: Full Day Muscat Tour – Muscat

Breakfast at the hotel 08:30 AM you will be picked up from the hotel and proceed to visit the Grand Mosque, a masterpiece of sandstone and marble, adorned with a handwoven Persian carpet and a Swarovski chandelier. Explore the Royal Opera House, a magnificent architectural work that blends modernity with heritage. Midday: Immerse yourself in an Omani culinary experience, starting with a traditional welcome of dates and Omani coffee ("Kahwa"). Participate in a cooking workshop, followed by a delicious lunch on-site (2 hours). Afternoon: Discover the Bait Al Zubair Museum, home to a remarkable collection showcasing Omani culture. Make a photo stop at Al-Alam Palace, framed by the Portuguese forts Mirani and Jalali. Visit the Muttrah Souq, one of the oldest markets in Oman, with 200 years of history, lively alleys, and an enchanting oriental atmosphere.


Day 3: Muscat – Zukayt Village – Nizwa

After breakfast, depart for Nizwa, the cultural city. Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the authenticity of Zukayt by visiting Bait Al Zukyt, the oldest house in the village, and meeting the family of Abdulla Al Tobi. Explore their farm, harvest fresh vegetables, and take part in a cooking class for women and a barbecue preparation for men. Enjoy a traditional lunch with the Omani family. Then, discover the history of the village through its iconic sites, including the ancient marble mill, a tomb dating back to 3000 BC, and the antique irrigation system, guided by Abdulla or a member of his family. ** Note: This experience is part of our sustainability project, aimed at engaging the local community in tourism and supporting its development while preserving its heritage and traditions. After lunch, visit the Oman Across Ages Museum in Nizwa. This museum traces the history of Oman's civilizations and dynasties, from prehistory to the present day, using modern technology to offer an immersive journey through the country's history. Arrive at your hotel in Nizwa and check into your rooms. In the evening, visit Nizwa Fort, built in the 17th century by Imam Sultan bin Saif Al Arabi. The fort features numerous passages and chambers and is distinguished by its massive tower, which overlooks the souq and offers a breathtaking view of the oasis. Next, explore the Nizwa Souq, an institution for hundreds of years, home to a variety of local products, including Omani daggers (khanjars), silverware, copperware, livestock, vegetables, and traditional handicrafts.


Day 4: Nizwa – Jebel Shams – Al Hamra – Misfat Al Abreein Nizwa

Breakfast at the hotel Depart for Jebel Shams, known as the "Grand Canyon of Oman", for a photo stop. Arrive at Jebel Shams, the highest point in Oman at 3,009 meters. The breathtaking panorama is spectacular at any time of the day, offering stunning views of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant upon arrival. After lunch, visit the village of Al Hamra. Al Hamra is a traditional village in the Hajar region of Oman. Known for its mudbrick and adobe architecture, it provides a fascinating glimpse into Omani life in the past. The houses, built with local materials, blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Next, visit the Bait Al Safa Living Museum, where locals dressed in traditional attire recreate ancient crafts and daily life, offering a unique immersion into Omani heritage. Continue to Misfat Al Abriyeen, a 300-year-old village known for its ancient human settlement and agricultural traditions. This village is particularly famous for its mudbrick architecture, built on massive rock foundations. As you wander through its stone-paved alleys, you’ll discover countless hidden stories embedded in its buildings and corners. One of its most beautiful features is the lush terrace farms and the centuries-old falaj irrigation system, carved into the rocks to channel fresh spring water to the villages. At the end of the day, return to Nizwa. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Nizwa.


Day 5: Nizwa – Bahla – Birkat Al Mauz – Nizwa

Early in the morning, visit the traditional livestock market, held only on Fridays. The Friday livestock market in Nizwa is a cultural gem of Oman, where locals trade goats and cattle, reflecting ancient agricultural practices. **While sometimes at odds with modern sustainability standards, this market plays a vital role in preserving cultural heritage while supporting local economies. Next, depart for Birkat Al Mouz. Discover the ancient irrigation system of Birkat Al Mouz, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This ingenious water network, used for centuries, is a testament to Omani traditional expertise in water management. Then, make a photo stop at Bahla Fort, a UNESCO site dating back to the 3rd millennium BC. With its 12 km-long walls, defensive terraces, and guardhouses, it showcases the architectural ingenuity of Oman. Next, visit a traditional pottery workshop in Bahla, where centuries-old craftsmanship is still practiced. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Bahla. In the afternoon, visit the Jibrin Castle, a large rectangular building with 5 floors and 55 rooms. The castle is renowned for its inscriptions and frescoes that adorn its rooms. The ceilings are decorated with Islamic-style paintings and inscriptions, and the doors are beautifully carved. A traditional irrigation system winds its way through the castle, adding to its historical charm.


Day 6: Nizwa – Manah – Wahiba Sands (The Desert)

Morning: Visit the archaeological site of Manah, located in the Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate. Explore the ancient ruins of Manah, including Harat Al Bilad, an abandoned village with mudbrick houses and narrow alleys, offering a glimpse into Oman’s rich heritage. Archaeological excavations have uncovered artifacts and structures from past civilizations, highlighting Manah’s historical significance in Oman’s history. Around 3:00 PM, continue your journey to the Wahiba Sands. Arrive at the entrance of Wahiba Sands in 4x4 vehicles. Also known as Sharqiya Sands, these vast longitudinal dunes stretch 200 km long and 100 km wide, reaching the Arabian Sea. The desert has been home to Bedouins for over 7,000 years, offering a timeless and authentic desert experience. You will be taken in 4x4 vehicles (maximum of 4 people per vehicle) into the heart of the desert, experiencing an exciting dune safari along the way. Upon arrival at the camp, be mesmerized by a magical sunset from the top of the dunes. An exclusive moment awaits you: you will be transferred to the top of the dunes in a 4x4, crossing the golden sands as the sun sets.Upon arrival, enjoy a specially arranged Majlis-style seating, where you will savor traditional Omani coffee, dates, and snacks, all while taking in the breathtaking panoramic views.A unique and private experience, exclusively reserved for your group. After sunset, return to your desert camp and settle into your luxury tent for the night. Day 7: Wahiba Sands (The Desert) – Wadi Bani Khalid – Sur

Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise over the desert. Depart for Wadi Bani Khalid, one of Oman’s most beautiful wadis. Pass through a village lined with date palm plantations, and discover crystal-clear water pools, perfect for a refreshing swim. Next, stop at Al Saleel National Park along the way. Established in 1997, Al Saleel National Park protects endangered species such as the Arabian gazelle and the ibex. Spanning 220 km² of acacia forests, the park is home to a rich biodiversity, including birds, reptiles, and native flora, making it an ideal stop for nature lovers. Arrive in Sur and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Sur, a historic port city on Oman’s eastern coast, is renowned for its traditional dhow boats, which symbolize its rich maritime heritage. In the afternoon, meet a family of artisan weavers, gaining insight into their traditional craftsmanship. Sur, a coastal city in Oman, is renowned for its rich artisanal heritage, particularly traditional weaving. During this visit, you will meet a local family for whom weaving is the main source of income. The artisans, using manual looms, create unique textiles with intricate patterns and vibrant colors, preserving ancestral techniques. Day 8: Wadi Tiwi – Wadi Shab – Bimmah Sinkhole – Muscat

Take the coastal road to the village of Wadi Tiwi, where you can walk through lush date plantations and explore the picturesque streams and green landscapes surrounding this charming wadi. Next, head to Wadi Shab. A little further, the wadi opens up, leading you through a narrowing canyon filled with rock formations, crystal-clear pools, and gardens lined with date palms. Enjoy a walk through Wadi Shab, lasting one to two hours, depending on your preference. On the way to Muscat, stop at the Bimmah Sinkhole, a natural depression filled with water. Arrive in Muscat and check into your rooms.


Day 9: Muscat – Half Day Daymaniyat Island Visit – Muscat

Half-Day Excursion to Daymaniyat Island – Sharing Basis. 07:45 – Transfer from your hotel to Al Mouj Marina (approx. 20 min). 08:15 – Arrive at the marina and meet the boat captain. 08:30 – 13:00 – Begin your half-day snorkeling excursion (private/non-private), visiting one or more of the nine neighboring Daymaniyat Islands. Discover incredible coral reefs, a large number of sea turtles, pristine white sandy beaches, and crystal-clear blue waters, making this destination one of Oman’s true gems. Return to the hotel in the afternoon and enjoy free time to relax. **Note: Please note that the beach on Daymaniyat Island is not accessible during the summer, as it is preserved as a breeding area for certain migratory birds and turtles from May to the end of October. However, snorkeling around the islands is still possible without reaching the beach.


Day 10: Muscat Hotel – Muscat International Airport

Breakfast at the hotel Head to the airport about three hours before your scheduled departure time. (Flight details TBA) . Our team will ensure a seamless transfer to Muscat International Airport, bidding you farewell as you embark on your onward journey.
